· DOB 10/06/1981 27 years of age
· Black hair, Brown eyes
· Grooms’ last known address was Salisbury, MD
· Grooms also uses the names Shay or Shae
· Grooms is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Arrest Warrant issued in May 2009 for Escape 2nd for failing to serve her weekend sentence at the Wicomico Detention Center
· Grooms has a history of RESIST ARREST
